What Is Man's Chief End?

Man's chief end is to glorify God, [a] and to enjoy Him for ever. [b]

Every new believer has been set apart by God, separated unto God to be transformed into the likeness of His Son, Jesus Christ. In this sense, every believer is a saint- a person separated from his old sinful way of life and set apart by God to increasingly glorify God as his life is transformed! Our Daily Bread~ Scripture Memory Woes & Our Finished Book

Well, last week's Scripture memory list turned out to be a doozy for me!! Even though we had been over them many times before, I just could not get them in my head! So....guess what's happening THIS week? Yep, more Scripture memory! I love to memorize God's Word, so I am determined to remember these. And of course, my sons think its funny when I can't remember as well as they do. LOL! So, my mind is set on this task. With the Lord's help, and of course, with little hints from the boys, I WILL memorize them.

Along with our tremendous list of Scriptures, we managed to finish our reading of The Weed with an Ill Name. What an awesome book! We will be discussing this book for a while. WEEDS! The weeds in our hearts can be so overwhelming, but thanks to the help of our Lord, they CAN be uprooted! :)

Until next time,
Blessings to you,
Saint Shellie
